Twin Lakes is a location with many visitors from Muskegon-Norton Shores, and needless to say, this is a delightful area for folks who like lakes, North Lake is a lake nearby. Take a hike on the Cedar Creek Cycle       Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby West Lake. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Twin Lakes you can play some golf at Chase Hammond Golf Club, and if you came to camp Muskegon Koa Kampground is a good place to do that. Twin Lakes is a good site of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly September, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the                  driest. And that's not all you can do here at Twin Lakes. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Muskegon, Mi is a great spot to spend a night or two; hiking along the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is glorious fun. High temperatures at Twin Lakes during the summertime are in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
