Twin Lake is a good place to camp, Shady Acres Campground is a good place; if you're a golfer then a wonderful close by course is Elk Ridge Golf Course. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Twin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mio Pine Acres Campground, and not far from Twin Lake you'll discover Crooked Lake which is a picturesque lake. If you need a spot to stay Wayside       Cabins is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Crooked Creek if you're here at Twin Lake; there are some great whitewater spots on Ocqueoc River. A normal amount of rain falls here at Twin Lake; throughout August this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
