Camp Eightthree       Creek is a tremendous spot to go to, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail. Don't miss out on a tour to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore if you're here at Twilight Lake. All through the summer at Twilight Lake highs are regularly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at                  Twilight Lake temperatures sink to the 0's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Twilight Lake; Haywire Grade ORV Trail is a perfect local trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Wide Water Campground is a delightful site to camp.
