Rodeway Inn Coopersville is a magnificent place to get some rest, and Truckey Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Pinewood is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Mystery Lake. You definitely have to go for Truckey Lake. Visit Cow Creek since you're here at Truckey Lake. Lakes are nice;

| | Halverson Lake is a lake that's close to Truckey Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Truckey Lake; Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail is a fine local trail, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Muskegon is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There's magnificent hiking along the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at Moss Ridge Golf Club. here at Truckey Lake is Chinook Camping; you're sure to come across some smiling folks from Muskegon-Norton Shores here. Truckey Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
