At Truax Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Truax Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Grand Traverse Resort & Spa is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and if you came       for an overnight stay Vacation Village is a fine spot to camp. Truax Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. During your trip to Truax Lake you'll meet some people from Cadillac for sure, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boardman River. Having a splendid time at Truax Lake is uncomplicated. High Pointe Golf Club is                  a perfect golf course close by, and Root Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at.
