Beautiful Trout Lake has much to offer visitors. Gladstone Ski Park is a very popular ski area around here; get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Au Train River. During the summertime months highs here at Trout Lake get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. and a lake nearby is Little Pole Lake. Going for a hike on the Addis Lakes Ski Trail is always a tremendous adventure; Trout Lake is not the only place close by, Cleveland Cliffs Basin is a close by lake.
Trout Lake is a great
location to visit for more than one day, Au Train Lake Campground is a great location to camp nearby, and Super 8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area is a tremendous site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of
people from Escanaba here. Trout Lake gets a typical amount of rain; September is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
