If you are in Alger county it's always a good idea to stop by Trappers Lake. There's so much to do here at Trappers Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Chapel Beach Campground is a fine place for that; going for a hike on the Lakeshore Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Don't forget to take a fine little journey to East Branch
