From a rainfall point of view Town Line Lake is a relatively normal spot; September is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. The warmest time of the year at Town Line Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs throughout       the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Town Line Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's.
