All through the warmest time of the year at Toad Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Toad Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. There's some flowing water       nearby, Kitty Ann Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here, and after a long day outdoors Inn At Grey Gables is a good location to spend a night or two.
