Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is quite close to Three Lakes, and the Addis Lakes Ski Trail offers hiking at its best. At Three Lakes during the months of summer highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Three Lakes are in the 0's. While you're here at Three Lakes, you could also take a look at stunning Trueman       Lake, and camping is available at Island Lake Campground. There's good hiking along the Valley Spur Ski Trail; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Munising Wetmore Area. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in close proximity to Three Lakes. Three Lakes is right by the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Munising is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. Phillip Pond is a nearby lake that                  you could pop by; camping at Hovey Lake Campground is always a great experience. Three Lakes gets a normal amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February.
