There are other places here than Thompson Lake, for example Logan Lakes, and after a long day outdoors Kensington Inn is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Thompson Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's.       Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and night lows at Thompson Lake through the wintertime mostly fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Thompson Lake, you'll locate Earl Lake which is a lovely lake, and if you came to camp Taylor's Beach Campground is a perfect spot to do that.
