Camping at Third Lake is delightful fun, Bass Beach Campground is a delightful local campground, and you'll probably meet some people from Big Rapids here. The warmest time of the year at Third Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while Third Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are       in the 0's. If you get bored of Third Lake, you could also go to nearby Fourth Lake, and a perfect close by hotel is Maxfields Inn. Why not camp at First Lake Park while you're here at Third Lake; MAXFIELDS INN is a fine location to get some rest.
