Syers Lake is a great site to visit for more than one day, Kestelwoods Campgrounds is a great site to camp nearby; float down the rapids of Pine River in a kayak. So much exciting stuff to do here at Syers Lake, too pleasant to be       true. There's great hiking along the McKenzie Ski Trail. A wonderful swamp near Syers Lake is Syers Swamp; good hiking is available along the Ward Hills Snowmobile Trail. For the period of the warm months at Syers Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Syers Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
