Many people like to go to Stoner Pond. For the period of the warm days of summer at Stoner Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Stoner Pond sink into the 0's. | | Rocks National Lakeshore is a very tremendous site to check out in the vicinity of Stoner Pond; hiking is a popular thing to do around Stoner Pond; Haywire Grade ORV Trail is a great local trail. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll adore Stoner Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Stoner Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Chapel Beach Campground is a delightful place for that, and fine hiking is available | |

along the Lakeshore Trail. If you came to camp Mosquito Beach Campground is a great place to do that; if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Munising is a good choice. The annual precipitation here at Stoner Pond is about average; the month with most of the rain is September while February is ordinarily the driest month.
