Lakes are wonderful; Red Millpond is a lake that's next to Standish Pond. Standish Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Indian Creek Campground is a great local campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Huron River. This lake is so wonderful. During your spree to Standish Pond you'll meet some folks from Adrian for sure; near Standish Pond you hit upon a golf course called Raisin       Valley Golf Club. The amount of rain that falls at Standish Pond is close to the national average; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Standish Pond is unbeatable! Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Podunk Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Adrian. After a long day outdoors Carlton Lodge                  - Adrian is a great location to spend a night or two; if you came to camp Sequoia Campground is a pleasant place to do that. High temperatures at Standish Pond all through the warm days of summer are in the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 60's.
