Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails, and there are some good whitewater spots on Sturgeon River. Be careful coming to Staff Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Staff Lake gets a typical amount of rain; most of the rain falls through August, and February is when it's the driest. There's       so much to do here at Staff Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lower Dam Lake Campground is a fine site for that, and Pine Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Bob Lake Campground and Picnic Area is a wonderful location to do that, and while you're here, you could also stop by pretty Richard Lake. Summertime highs at Staff Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls                  down to the 50's.
