Pike River is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Spring Lake; you can stay the night at Amberg Campgrounds and Bar. This lake is so wonderful. Shakey Lakes Park is a delightful campground nearby, and do take a look at Squaw Creek since you're here at Spring Lake. If you get bored of Spring Lake, you could also explore nearby East Lake, and the peak of Buck Hill can be seen from Spring Lake. This is a popular location       for folks from Marinette; Spring Lake is not the only site nearby, Resort Lake is a nearby lake. An afternoon playing golf at Indian Hills Golf Course is always a bliss, and Best Western Crivitz Lodge is a great place to get some rest. Be careful coming to Spring Lake, you might not ever want to return home again.
