There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Spirit Lake. You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Gile Flowage 70 near Spirit Lake, and what would winter be without some skiing at Whitecap Mountain. Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Spirit Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges       down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while Spirit Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Spirit Lake is one of the lakes here in the Gogebic Range. So much exciting stuff in the Gogebic Range, just incredible. There's so much to do here at Spirit Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Preque Isle State Campground is a perfect place for that. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining                  stuff in the Gogebic Range. Spirit Creek is a brilliant local stream, and fine hiking is available along the Rainbow Falls Trail.
