Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Munising; on a great day you can take a hike along the Chatham Ski Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Spider Ponds, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Spider Ponds.       This lake is so wonderful. Spider Ponds is a good place of normal precipitation; September is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This spot is great, just explore all the amusing things to do near Spider Ponds. Spider Ponds is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Au Train Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground; nearby you locate the Valley Spur Ski Trail which is a great hiking trail. Camping                  at Laughing Whitefish Campground is always a glorious experience, and some of the water close by flows, like Silver Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Munising Wetmore Area is a pleasant place to get some rest, and naturally, all our national parks are nice places to explore and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is no exception.
