     After a long day outdoors Treetops Resort is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and Spectacle Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Sno-trac Camper Village is a great place to camp nearby. Nearby lakes? Sure, Kirkland Lake is near Spectacle Lake, and Shady Acres Campground is a great local campground. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Treetops Sylvan. High temperatures at Spectacle Lake during the summer months are in the 80's. Once the  
   sun is down it falls down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Spectacle Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. You could also check out Spectacle Lakes since you're here at Spectacle Lake; it's nearby, and a trip to Eagle Point is always a perfect idea. Spectacle Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during September, and February meanwhile is the driest month.

...ajestic hardwood forest that covers the 400-acre winter park. Snowboarders are welcome at Treetops. They are allowed on the entire ski area and have a new terrain park with 12 features for their own private use.The new terrain park contains 2 flat 10' beginner rails as well as a 20' intermediate round rail. There are some challenging additions such as a beginner 16' battle ship kinked rail as well as a 16' intermediate rainbow rail. In addition, there are man-made and natural jib features such as barrels, and logs that can be used to slide or jump over or tap with skis or boards. Nordic enthusiasts will find the ''Midwest's best terrain'' for cross-country skiing. The 12 km of groomed and tracked trails are all clearly marked and range in difficulty from beginner to expert. Treetops also offers extreme (snow) tubing. The tubing ride is available by 1.5 hour sessions for up to 30 people at a time. Advance reservations can be made for this exhilarating experience.
