There's so much to do here at Smith Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Torch Grove Campgrounds is a nice location for that, and Shanty Creek is a very popular ski area around here. A lovely lake like Haynes Lake in close proximity to Smith Lake is a great place to stop at; you'll stumble on a lovely lake called Truax Lake.
