There are pleasant spots to look at along the Haymeadow Falls Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Escanaba MI Travelodge. A great place to camp here at Lake Sixteen is Maywood Campground. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Gladstone Ski Park has delightful slopes and a friendly staff, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Escanaba. Ford River has a glorious whitewater       paddling spot close by, and Econo Lodge Escanaba is a magnificent location to get some rest. From a precipitation point of view Lake Sixteen is a pretty normal place; most of the rain falls all through August while February is regularly the driest month. Lake Sixteen is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Vagabond Resort and Campground is a glorious local campground; unsurprisingly, this is a good area for folks who like lakes, Granskog Lake is a lake in                  the vicinity. For the period of the summertime at Lake Sixteen temperatures are typically in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Sixteen dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
