Lake Sixteen gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; during September this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Sixteen that you need to camp here for a while, Elkwood Campground is a great place for that. For the period of the warm months highs here at Lake Sixteen reach the 70's, and the night is a bit colder of course, typically in the 50's.
