Silver Lake is a good place of typical rain; most of the rain falls through September, and February is the month with the least moisture. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Traverse City, and if you came to camp Lakeside Resort and Party Store is a nice location to do that. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boardman River, and       not far from Silver Lake you'll come across Bass Lake which is a picturesque lake. For the period of the days of summer at Silver Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Silver Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Econo Lodge is a great spot to get some rest,                  and Homestead has magnificent slopes and a friendly staff. So many entertaining things to do here at Silver Lake, too nice to be true. Camping at Holiday Park Campgrounds-map is always a great experience.
