Courtyard By Marriott Traverse City is a perfect spot to get some rest, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Mistwood Golf Course. A splendid nearby hotel is Paradise Hollow Resort; Cook Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. All our national parks are pleasant sites to explore, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is no exception, and while you're       here you will meet lots of people from nearby Traverse City. An average amount of rainfall falls at Shorter Lake; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. You can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Crystal Mountain. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Shorter Lake has to offer, you can camp at Leelanau Pines. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing                  at Homestead while you're here. Summertime highs at Shorter Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Shorter Lake sink into the 10's.
