A splendid site to camp here at Scott Lakes is Spring Valley Recreation Area; a day on the slopes of Bittersweet is just what you need. Head up to Timber Ridge and strap some skis to your feet, and an afternoon playing golf at Jeptha Lake Golf Course is always a delight. Summertime highs at Scott Lakes mostly tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into       the 50's. During the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Scott Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Scott Lakes you'll in all probability meet some people from Allegan, and a great close by hotel is Econo Lodge Paw Paw. Scott Lakes gets a typical amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is September, and February on the other hand is the driest. So many fun things to do at Scott Lakes, so                  little time. Camping is available at Cedar Lodge.
