There's so much to do here at Schiemann Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Shady Oaks Campground is a great location for that, and there are swamps here too, Spike Horn Swamp is nearby. Howland Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; there's some flowing water close by, Cranberry Creek is a stream you can pop by while here. All the outdoors       cool stuff right next door to Schiemann Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Econo Lodge Clare is a wonderful site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful nearby hotel is Days Inn Clare, and an afternoon playing golf at Devil's Knob Golf Course is always a bliss. Schiemann Lake is a good location of typical precipitation; through September this area sees the most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month. At Schiemann Lake                  through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
