If you are in Dickinson county it's always a good idea to stop by Sawyer Lake. Comfort Inn Iron Mountain is a good location to get some rest. Sawyer Lake gets a typical amount of rain; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Michigamme River, and camping is available at Iron Mountain Campgrounds.

For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Sawyer Lake get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Sawyer Lake temperatures fall to the-10's. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Iron Mountain is a glorious choice, and Doan Lakes is a good lake nearby.
