Near Saw Lake you discover the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails which is a perfect hiking trail; if you've had enough of Saw Lake, Booth Lake is close by. Soar down the rapids of Perch River in a kayak, and Saw Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Ste. Kathryn       Campground is a splendid local campground. Get wet paddling on Sturgeon River. There's so much to do here at Saw Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lower Dam Lake Campground is a delightful spot for that. Very lovely scenery and great skiing is what you get at Ski Brule, and getting to Lake Thirteen Creek from Saw Lake is simple. All through the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Saw Lake. Summer overnight lows sink down to                  the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Saw Lake.
