Van Auken Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at; obviously Pine Creek flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Beeches Golf Club is in the vicinity, and a lake close by is Rush Lake. Sassafras Lake is a good spot of typical rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is frequently the driest month. | | choice. There's so much to do here at Sassafras Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rush Lake Campgrounds is a great spot for that. You clearly have to adore Sassafras Lake. During the summertime months at Sassafras Lake highs are usually in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Sassafras Lake are in the 10's. If you came to camp Camp Ronora is a pleasant site to do that; Hampton Inn South Haven is a tremendous site to get some rest.
