From a rain point of view Round Lake is a reasonably common place; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Caulkins Lake; if you came to camp       Sno-Trac Village is a great site to do that. The skiing at Treetops Sylvan is pleasant. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Round Lake; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Round Lake plunge into the 0's.
