We have great Firework displays on or near the Fourth of July. For anyone who visited it in recent years and was disgusted by the seaweed infestation that we went through, Good News! That has been cleared up. There is a great log cabin resort right on Round Lake called Landers Landing. The two pictures I have uploaded have views of Round Lake in the background. The picinic one was in 2006 and my wedding picture was in 1997. Both pictues were in the month of August. If you need a place to stay Pine Creek Lodge is a splendid choice; on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Indian Trail. The amount of rain that falls at Round Lake is close to the national average; September is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do right next door to Round Lake. Stay the night at Pine Haven Camp Ground; Batcheller Lake       is a nearby lake that you could stop by. This lake is so wonderful. High Bridge Cabins is a delightful place to get some rest, and nearby you find the North Country National Scenic Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. All through the summertime highs here at Round Lake get into the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Round Lake.
