Roland Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently January, that's the one that snows the most, and April is the month with the least moisture. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Slate River, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood       you can always visit nearby Bella Lake. Throughout the months of summer at Roland Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's, and overnight lows at Roland Lake through the wintertime typically dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
