A brilliant spot to camp here at Riley Lake is All Seasons Resort; you can make out Sackrider Hill from Riley Lake. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Riley Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and       night lows at Riley Lake throughout the winter mostly fall into the 10's. From a precipitation point of view Riley Lake is a relatively typical location; most of the rain falls during June, and February on the other hand is the driest.
