Sure, Denzer Lake is in close proximity. If only every location had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great planet it would be. There are some fine whitewater spots on Boardman River; not far from Rennie Lake you'll stumble on Bass Lake which is a delightful lake. Rennie Lake is a good spot of normal precipitation; September is when you get the most rain here while February is mostly the driest month. At Rennie Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come                  with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Rennie Lake tend to be in the 10's.
