Camping at J W Wells State Park is always a good experience, and obviously, this is a wonderful neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Kloman Lake is a lake in the vicinity. The annual rain here at Reed Lake is about average; September is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Summer at Reed Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime

| | are normally in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Reed Lake. Paddling on Menominee River is so much fun. Get covered with water paddling on Sturgeon River. Lakes are magnificent; Wheeler Lake is a lake that's close to Reed Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Reed Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Stephenson Motel is a good local campground, and the great folks of Marinette like to hang out close by. | |
