Quarry Pond is not far at all from Marquette. Ramada Inn is a good location to get some rest, and a cool spot to have a look at is Migisy Bluff. You're almost certainly hooked on lakes, Buschell Lake is one of those close by; in the vicinity of Quarry Pond you find a golf course called Chocolay Downs Golf Course.

close. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit close by Carp River if you're here at Quarry Pond, and camping at Quarry Pond is great fun, City Of Marquette is a great local campground.
From Quarry Pond you acquire a splendid vista of Mount Mesnard; if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Holyoke Trail.
