From a rainfall point of view Pug Lakes is a pretty common spot; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There are other places here than Pug Lakes, for example Muskellunge Lake; a round of golf at nearby Elk Ridge Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. A tremendous       nearby hotel is Treetops Resort. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Ocqueoc River offers some brilliant whitewater. There's so much to do here at Pug Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Shady Acres Campground is a brilliant location for that. At Pug Lakes during the days of summer highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 40's.
