This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Myers Lake United Methodist Campground is always a tremendous experience, and a lake close by is Crane Lake. A good close by hotel is Linden Hotel, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Holly while you're here. From a rainfall point of view Lake Ponemah is a pretty typical place; the wettest month of the year       is usually September, that's the one that rains the most while February is generally the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lake Ponemah, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, commonly in the 50's.
