If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area is       a tremendous choice, and Pine Lake is a fine lake close by. Throughout the long summer days here at Pole Creek Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's with temperatures at Pole Creek Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. There's so much to do here at Pole Creek Lake that you need to camp here for a while,                  Hovey Lake Campground is a perfect place for that, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Au Train River.
