You'll need more than a day to discover everything Plover Lake has to offer, you can camp at Iron River Rv Park; Brule River has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by. Sheridan Hill is a peak you can see from Plover Lake, and hey, Gotta ski right? Brule Mountain is a brilliant place to do that. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Plover Lake. Looking for something next to Plover Lake? Mud Lake is close by, and dry warm beds

| | await you at Americinn - Iron River, Mi. Plover Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Very lovely scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Ski Brule; since you're here you can take a hike along the Lauterman Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Plover Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Stevens Lake Campground is a good site | |

for that, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pine River. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a good choice. Plover Lake is not
the only place close by, Snipe Lake is a close by lake, and don't forget to take a fine little visit to Allen Creek. At Plover Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures
drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Plover Lake descend into the 0's.
