This lake is so wonderful. Econo Lodge Lakeshore is a great site to get some rest, and going for a hike along the Haywire Grade ORV Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. That right there is loads already, but it keeps on going; Plains Lake has it all. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the High Rollways Truck Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Plains       Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Plains Lake drop into the 0's. If you came to camp Driftwood Shores RV Park is a good site to do that, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail. There's so much to do here at Plains Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Indian                  Lake Travel Resort is a delightful place for that, and a picturesque lake like Kepler Lake is a tremendous place to go to.
