Pike Lake is a good spot of normal rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Summer at Pike Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pike Lake. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one       place! Pike Lake is excellent! Pike Lake is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Three Braves Campground is a great spot to camp nearby. Fuller's Clear Lake Resort is a pleasant local campground, and if you get bored of Pike Lake you could also stop at nearby Dayton Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend East Race, and Burrus Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm                  beds await you at Super 8 South Bend, and an afternoon playing golf at Elbel Golf Course is always a bliss.
