Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn, and you can run the rapids of Michigamme River. So much exciting stuff in the vicinity of Petticoat Lake, simply unbelievable. There's some flowing water close by, Petticoat Creek is a stream you can explore during your stay, and if you came to camp Silver Lake       Resort is a nice site to do that. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Petticoat Lake, and the nighttime is a tad cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Petticoat Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Beaufort Lake is a splendid lake near Petticoat Lake. There's so much to do here at Petticoat Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Michigamme Shores Campground                  is a fine place for that.
