A visit to Pequet Lake is always a good idea. Gotta ski! Ski Brule is a great place to do that, and a glorious place to camp here at Pequet Lake is Lake Ste. Kathryn Campground. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Pequet Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn, and you'll find a pretty lake called Beck Lake. Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Sturgeon River; lakes are such peaceful sites,

| | why not take a look at Haywire Lake. From a rainfall point of view Pequet Lake is a reasonably normal place; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Perch River for all you thrill seekers, and some close by water includes Hill Creek. Camping is available at Lower Dam Lake Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Pelkie Creek | |

Hunter Walking Trails. The warmest time of the year at Pequet Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Pequet Lake temperatures descend to the 0's.
