This lake is so wonderful. Au Train Lake Campground is a nice campground nearby; do schedule some time to stop at Buck Bay if you have a chance. Just can't get enough of Paulson Lake. Stay the night at Wandering wheels Campground; hiking along the Chatham Ski Trail is pleasant fun. If time allows, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is a national park worth visiting; a delightful       close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area. All through the summer highs here at Paulson Lake get into the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's; overnight lows at Paulson Lake during the winter regularly descend into the 10's. If the weather is nice here at Paulson Lake, you can go for a hike along the Valley Spur Ski Trail, and needless to say Au Train River is a pretty stream that                  is worth visiting. Paulson Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; most of the rain falls during September, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. This is a pleasant vicinity for folks who like lakes. Coots Pond is a lake in close proximity, and what would winter be without some skiing at Gladstone Ski Park. Going for a hike along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Au Train River.
