A brilliant close by hotel is Best Western Country Inn; you'll hit upon a wonderful lake called Schoolhouse Lake. Camping is available at Country Village RV Park. For the duration of the summertime months at Palmer Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Palmer Lake. Palmer       Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Marquette is a tremendous site to spend a night or two, and don't leave Palmer Lake without first going for a hike along the Holyoke Trail.
