Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Osborn Lake. You could also have a look at Shakey Lakes while you're here at Osborn Lake; it's nearby, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots       on Pike River. Through the warm days of summer at Osborn Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the night is a tad chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Osborn Lake sink into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You get a wonderful vista of Buck Hill from Osborn Lake; camping at Shakey Lakes Park is always a great experience. Nearby lakes?
