Lake Orion is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. WORESORT.COM is a wonderful local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Grass Lake Trail. All the outdoors cool stuff near Lake Orion will keep you coming back repeatedly. You're sure to come across some fine people from Detroit-Warren-Livonia here; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Palace Inn is a splendid choice. During the summertime months here at Lake Orion, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Orion dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. is a tremendous spot to visit. You must check out Pelton Point when you're here at Lake Orion, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Pine Nob. If you came for an overnight stay Addison Oaks County Park
is a glorious spot to camp, and a good nearby hotel is Cobblestone Manor. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Mount Holly and strap some skis to your feet. Lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Manito Lake in the neighborhood of Lake Orion; next to Lake Orion you find a golf course called Indianwood Golf Club.

It's not very clean, you find cigarette butts all over the beach, finding it very unattractive, especially if you have little kids. I would be very pleased if that was an issue taking care of when I return to the beach with my kids. Also perhaps a no smoking on beach could be addressed. Perhaps they could smoke elsewhere. Like in the parking lot. Where kids wouldn't most likely be. Thank you.... |
