You'll need more than a day to discover everything Onega Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wide Water Campground. The Haywire Grade ORV Trail is a perfect hiking trail in close proximity to Onega Lake; the panoramas at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore will blow your mind. The yearly rain here at Onega Lake is about average; all through September this area sees the       most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. So much fun stuff to do here at Onega Lake, too good to be true. A lake nearby is Coattail Lake, and close by you locate the Valley Spur Ski Trail which is a good hiking trail. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Onega Lake reach the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Onega                  Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
